TEXAS ARRIVAL

WE ARRIVED IN TEXAS ON TUESDAY EVENING 10/21/08. WE HAD A GOOD SAFE TRIP HERE. WAYNE VISITED HIS SISTER IN DALLAS ON MONDAY NITE, WE CAMPED ON A CHURCH PARKING LOT. THE WEATHER IS GREAT 50'S -80'S . WE WENT TO FIRST PARK MEETING ON WEDNESDAY , CARD BINGO ON THURSDAY NITE. I WON $2.15 TONIGHT IS HALLOWEEN PARTY. WE ARE GOING TO FLEA MKT. THIS MORN. WAYNE IS WAITING ON DISH TO COME NO TV !!!!! HE HAS TO GO TO MOTOR HOME TO WATCH.

We left Branson at 10:00 on Fri. morn. A 5 hr. drive, we arrived at 4:30 , tired. It was a beautiful drive, we went Thur ouachita & Boston Mts. , road was like a snake up & down. We came to one place that had a speed zone that was higher then we had been traveling. Every time it was my turn to drive it was thru the mts. I was soooo tired I went to bed at 6:00. These are pics. of what they call Grand Canyon of Ark.

It is Friday morning and we are getting ready to head out for Murfreesboro Ark where we hope to find a really big diamond so that we can all be rich Ha! Ha!

On the road again with the Farrs

We have now set up a new blog because we lost the first that we set up. Sometimes wonder why computers seem to be so complicated.

We are now in Branson. Rained all day yesterday, Wed Oct 15th. Today is sunny and bright but is a little cool. Need warm clothes. Feagons went home yesterday and Eahardts today. Sam and Doris plan to leave tomorrow. Podoole and Barb Utlaut are coming this eve and the Gerloffts Sat eve. Parsons plan to stay a total of days. They know some other people and are doing things with them.
